Shipping

All items will be dispatched via first class post as standard, please select the recorded delivery option for insurance of products over £36.

Please allow 7 days to receive in stock items. For personalised items, decorated favours & bespoke stationery the delivery time is 3 weeks. In the case of bespoke stationery this will be 3 weeks from the date of approval of proofs.

Returns

Items can be returned in an unused condition within 2 weeks of receipt. Please telephone first for a returns authorisation number. A refund will be issued for the goods (not for paostage) as soon as the items have been received. You are responsible for the postage costs - please use recorded delivery to ensure the package can be tracked.

Refunds are not available for personalised items, decorated favours or bespoke stationery.

Proofs

Please ensure you double check all proofs sent to you for approval, once an item has been sent to the printers it will be too late to make changes.
