Payment
If paying by cheque or bank transfer payment must be made within one week from the date of the order being placed, if payment is not received by this date the order will be cancelled.
All goods remain the property of Strawberry Twist until full payment has been received for the goods ordered.
As a United Kingdom based company we charge in GBP (Great British Pounds Sterling). Please make sure you have converted the value of your order to your home currency. There is a currency selector at the top right of our home page which will convert all of the shop prices to your chosen currency.
Customers in the European Community are not subject to any import duties. USA and all other countries may be charged import duty depending on the value of your order. Strawberry Twist are not responsible for any customs duties, they are the responsibility of you the customer.
We will not be held responsible for any currency or import duty issues.
VAT (Value added Tax)
Strawberry Twist is not VAT registered therefore VAT will not be charged
Delivery:
In stock orders will be dispatched within 7 working days of receipt of payment.
Decorated Favours, personalised favours & bespoke stationery will be dispatched within 3 weeks.
If paying by cheque, goods will be dispatched once funds have cleared.
We will contact you if any items ordered and paid for are found to be not in stock . We can either back order the goods or issue a refund.
UK orders will be dispatched by 1st Class Post or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
Overseas orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail International Signed For and delivery takes up to 14 days. For urgent orders, courier service is available, please contact us for a quote.

Delayed/lost deliveries: Royal Mail recorded signed for items are usually delivered within 1-2 working days. However, this is not a guaranteed service and can take longer. Royal Mail do not class an item as lost until 15 working days from posting have passed. Once the 15 days have passed we can resend or refund the order and submit a claim for loss to Royal Mail. Bespoke stationery & personalised items can not be returned.
Returns:
You must contact us within 14 days to advise us of the return and the item must be returned with 14 days.
The safe return of the item is your responsibility.
Once the item has been received and we are happy that it hasn't been tampered with, we will issue a refund. Please note: The refund is for the cost of the goods only, not the delivery charges.
Any goods found to be faulty/damaged can be returned for a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost. You must contact us within 7 days to advise us of the fault/damage. No returns will be accepted if you do not contact us within this time. The faulty/damaged item must be returned to Strawberry Twist before we can issue a refund.
